We can proudly say that Land Transfer Services was one of the first conveyancing practices established in Victoria.

Deregulation occurred in May 1984 when Jean Otte, a local Law clerk of 27 years, formed Land Transfer Services. The doors opened at 9am on 14 August 1984.
