About Us We can proudly say that we were one of the first Conveyancing practices established in Victoria. Deregulation occurred in May 1984, then Jean Otte, a local Law clerk of 27 years, formed Land Transfer Services. The doors opened at 9am 14th August 1984. Janne Otte McDonald, the current owner and manager commenced with the family business in October 1986. Working her way through the many functions and variables of property conveyancing in Victoria. The Business is now stronger than ever with six support staff. Janet Armstrong, Liesel Sparrius, Leanne Morrison, Sandie Edwards, Michelle Ingram and Alexandra Otte.
