Covid-19 Stage 4 Restrictions – working from our homes.

Land Transfer Services is continuing to provide conveyancing services with minimal disruption while also fully complying with the Government regulations of COVID 19.

Importantly, we are required to comply with the Victorian Government Stage 4 restrictions, therefore we will be working from our homes. We have prepared for and are fully equipped with the office technology and telephone system to provide conveyancing services in this manner.

For all interactions regarding your conveyancing needs we retain comprehensive accessibility via telephone (03 5975 2044), video calling by arrangement (WhatsApp, Facetime), email and Australia Post mail services.

Where possible, please send relevant documentation by email to [email protected]. Original documents can be mailed direct to our Post Office Box 88 Mornington 3931. Feel free to phone to let us know you have sent something.

We are sincerely determined to continue to provide our clients with the best possible service and always encourage you to contact us if you do have any concerns.

Note: Our physical office is required to remain closed for the duration of the Stage 4 lockdown period. Physical visits and deliveries are therefore not possible. At this stage we will be reopening on Thursday 17th September 2020.
