Covid-19 Restrictions including social distancing

Land Transfer Services is continuing to provide our full conveyancing services with minimal disruption, but to enable this, must continue to fully comply to the Government regulations of COVID 19.

Importantly, we are required to comply with the physical distancing regulations, therefore appointment times are available only if essential, and will be limited in duration and to one person.

Documents can now be returned to our Reception during business hours however, we do ask that all of our clients and potential clients otherwise preferably contact us by phone or email.

Where possible, please send relevant documentation by email to [email protected]. Original documents can be mailed direct to our Post Office Box 88 Mornington 3931.

Until physical distancing and other associated rules are relaxed by our Government, we wish to minimise physical visits to our office.
